Billing Policies
Our technology partner, Wholesail, provides a quick and easy way to manage your account enabling you to:
Pay Online - We accept ACH through Wholesail at no cost or via credit card for a small fee (2.75%). You can also pay multiple invoices with a single click.
Setup Autopay - You can set up automatic payments to set it and forget it!
Access invoices and credits online 24/7, including line item details. No need to wait on us for a copy of your invoice.
Receive weekly statements for multiple people and departments to get everyone on the same page.
If you have open invoices you will receive statements on Tuesdays. You can click any of the links in your statements to access your portal. If you do not have an open balance on your account, you will not receive a statement from Wholesail until you do. You can still access your Wholesail account by clicking here and entering your email address.

Payment Methods
Coava Coffee Roasters requires at least one payment method on file. There is no fee for ACH payments. There is a 2.75% convenience fee for credit card payments.
Automatic Payment Processing
We encourage you to easily enroll in automatic payments via ACH or Credit Card for a more streamlined payment process.
Autopay will automatically pay open invoices from Coava Coffee Roasters based on the terms specified on each invoice. You’ll only be charged for open invoices, and you’ll always receive receipts when charges occur.
This option is free, keeps your account current, and avoids late fees, while reducing administrative effort for both organizations.
Late Fees
In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds, a $15 fee will be applied for each failed ACH transaction.
A finance charge equal to the maximum amount allowed by law but not to exceed 1.5% per month may be imposed on delinquent invoices.
Please note that accounts with balances more than 30 days past due may be subject to a service pause until the account is current.
